In the event of inclement weather for a weekend tournament, we will announce cancellations through WBAL. The announcement will only be made 3 times, so please pay close attention to WBAL's broadcasts. This web site will also be the best resource since our webmaster will post information as soon as a decision is made. Decisions are usually made by noon the Friday before the tournament.

For student congress tournaments (held on Wednesdays), the tournament will be cancelled if any school district in the area is closed or is closed early due to inclement weather. This web site will also be used should a student Congress need to be cancelled.
