The Baltimore Catholic Forensic League offers a competitive venue for public and private high school students in speech, debate, and student congress.  Our students hail from communities around the Baltimore metropolitan area, and we are proud to report that we are the largest member league of our parent organization, the National Catholic Forensic League. Review minutes from the spring meeting here.  Mark your calendars. The coaches fall meeting will take place on Thursday August 21st 4:30 at Loyola Blakefield. At that time we will finalize the BCFL schedule, adopt updates for the Constitution and Bylaws and conduct elections for Diocesan Director and Tournament Director. These two positions are up for election this year.

     The BCFL Executive Committee will be reviewing the league Constitution and By-Laws documents over the next several months. We would like all schools to view these documents as well and offer suggestions. The final draft will be sent out via email and posted here about 2 weeks before our fall meeting. The final draft will be posted on this site and a copy provide for each school at the first tournament in the fall. Send any input you have to Bob Dacey.
